The staff was like a team of multilingual superheroes, speaking German, English, Hindi, and Italian with ease. They swooped in to save the day when I struggled with the high-tech shower, ensuring my stay was a breeze.

Location: The hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful gardens and a lovely view. Staff: The reception staff and valet parking staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was very convenient for us as it was very close to the main railway station, very easy for us to get around this city. The hotel facilities were great, with tidy rooms and state-of-the-art toilet facilities. We also appreciated the good and helpful staff who assisted us with every request we made. the hotel's breakfast was good with a good selection of food.

The bathroom had an intelligent toilet seat with plenty of features. it was a great value for money, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was so cozy with a cute little desk where I could draw and write postcards. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and I loved having a fridge for my snacks and drinks.

I wished the shower had a bit more water pressure. But I guess some people like a gentle shower.
